SeaWorld Orlando has been pulling crowds since 1973: a 200-acre marine zoological theme park that has grown from animal shows into a full-scale destination with oceanariums, marine mammal exhibits, thrill rides, and world-class roller coasters. It sits in the middle of Florida’s theme park corridor, quietly holding its own next to the giants. Our private transportation to SeaWorld Orlando covers the full route, from your hotel, resort, or the airport, with no parking headaches on International Drive.
Most people visiting fly into one of two airports, and they’re not interchangeable.
MCO sits about 13 miles away, 17 to 25 minutes by car when I-4 is behaving, which is not guaranteed. Sanford (SFB) is further north, around 40 miles out, and closer to 45–50 minutes. Budget and international carriers use SFB regularly, so it’s worth confirming before you assume you’re close. But our airport car service manages both routes, and our team tracks your flight, adjusts pickup timing if you land early or late, so your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal.
On the parking side, SeaWorld runs a tiered, cashless system: cards and mobile payments only, no cash. Rates vary by date and by how close to the entrance you park. Keep in mind, arriving at the 9 AM opening gets you the better spots before the lots fill up.
There are three separate parks on the same Orlando campus, and many groups end up at more than one. That usually means multiple parking fees and lost time. With our bus charter/rental, you move between them on your schedule without splitting up.
The main one, SeaWorld Orlando, combines marine animal exhibits with a serious roller coaster lineup. Mako, Manta, and Pipeline sit alongside orca encounters, shark tanks, dolphin shows, and Sesame Street Land. It spans the full spectrum, from toddler-friendly to genuinely thrilling, making it a reliable choice for mixed teams.
Next door, Aquatica is the aquapark side of the operation, with high-speed slides, lazy rivers, sandy beaches, and a dolphin habitat woven into the slides themselves. Discovery Cove operates differently from both: it’s an all-inclusive day resort with capped attendance, where guests swim with dolphins, snorkel with rays, and hand-feed exotic birds. No crowds, no rushing, but you do need a separate reservation.
Not many conference venues come with an 85-foot underwater tunnel as the entrance to dinner. SeaWorld Orlando does.
The Ports of Call Ballroom manages the heavy lifting: 12,000 square feet, climate-controlled, divisible into three sections, and set up for teams of 100 to 750, with full AV, a covered patio, and a private boardroom. The Sea Harbor Pavilions are the opposite: open-air, relaxed, with a central courtyard and direct access for up to 1,800 guests. The format suits pre-event receptions and buffet-style functions, and the transition from the pavilion to the property requires no effort. Shark’s Underwater Grill seats 50 to 240 for plated dinners, with aquarium walls and live sharks on the other side of the glass. As far as arrival experiences go, it’s hard to top.
Getting a group to the right venue at the right time is when the day either holds together or doesn’t, but our meeting & events transportation takes that part off your plate.
This place draws all kinds of groups: families with strollers and coolers, corporate teams on a team day out, school trips, and everyone in between. Our fleet covers the full range, and vehicle choice usually comes down to size and the amount of gear you’re moving.
A sedan works well for direct transfers to the property, especially for solo riders who want a simple, direct arrival. Here are some of our sample rates:
