Welcome to Orlando Luxury Transportation. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
- Standard Rental Agreement
- Booking Review: It is your responsibility to review all booking details for accuracy. Notify us immediately by calling (407) 692-6430 if you identify any discrepancies. All changes to bookings must be made via email at least 24 hours in advance.
- Re-Scheduling: We will attempt to accommodate requests to reschedule; however, availability is not guaranteed. If you fail to notify us of a re-schedule request, you will be charged the full one-way fare.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or failure to show up will result in a full one-way fare charge.
- Airport Pickups: If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the airport, call us immediately for assistance. You will be charged the full one-way fare if you fail to contact us and depart the airport without notifying us.
- Waiting Time and Delays: There is a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights from the landing time. Additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle. Additional fees apply to international flight pickups.
- Flight Cancellations/Changes: Notify us immediately of any flight cancellations or changes. Failure to do so will result in a full one-way fare charge.
- Departure Pickups: Clients must be ready to depart at the pre-scheduled time. A grace period of 10 minutes is provided, after which waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments. If the driver is unable to locate you after 30 minutes without any contact, the driver may depart, and additional charges may apply if you request another pickup.
- Payment Policy: Payment is processed in full at the time of booking. There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 20%.
- Driver Gratuities: Gratuities can be provided in cash or added to the credit card on file at the time of service. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.
- Damage and Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or by members of their party. A minimum fee of $100 will be charged for excessive trash and $200 for sanitation if required.
- Prohibited Activities: Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited and may result in a minimum $200 charge and termination of service without refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the vehicle, with a minimum charge of $350 for violations. Vomiting or spillage requiring professional cleaning will incur a minimum cleaning charge of $250.
- Vehicle Changes: In the event of mechanical issues or flight delays, you may be transported in a different vehicle. Any cost differences will be refunded if applicable.
- Lost Items: We are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. Clients are encouraged to take all personal belongings with them upon exiting.
- Charter Limousine Rental Agreement
- Booking Review: Please verify all booking details. Notify us of any discrepancies by calling (407) 692-6430. Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to any reservation.
- Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Failure to do so or failure to show up will result in a full charge.
- Charter Duration: Charters must run consecutively. If the vehicle is kept longer than the agreed time, billing will be in one-hour increments at the current charter rate.
- One-Way Transfers: Clients must be ready to depart at the pre-arranged time. Any delays will incur a minimum charge of one hour at the agreed charter rate.
- Damage and Liability: Clients are liable for any damages to the vehicle caused by negligence or vandalism. A cleaning fee will apply for spills or stains caused by alcoholic beverages or any other substances.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. A minimum charge of $350 will apply for violations.
- Emergency Hatch Misuse: A fee of $650 will be charged for unauthorized use of the emergency hatch, plus compensation for any resulting downtime.
- Underage Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle for clients under the age of 21. Violation of this policy will result in termination of service without a refund.
- Illegal Substances: Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of service and notification of authorities.
- Payment Policy: A 20% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to service.
- Legal Liability: Orlando Luxury Transportation shall not be held liable for injuries incurred during or after consumption of alcohol. Any disputes or confrontations will be handled by local authorities.
- Lost Items: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any items left inside our vehicles.
- Food and Beverage Policy: Food is not permitted inside the limousine. Alcoholic beverages are allowed for clients over the age of 21.
- General Policies
- Late/Early Pickup Surcharge: A surcharge applies for pickups between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Eastern Time.
- Court Costs: Orlando Luxury Transportation reserves the right to recover court costs, attorney fees, and any other additional expenses deemed fair during contract enforcement.
- Vehicle Capacity: Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
